Get To Know Me

Hello, I'm Kym Vincenti

A writer, yoga teacher, health & wellness advocate, and a proud Sexagenarian. I’m also an ex-corporate, post-menopausal woman, trained as a yoga teacher in the Himalayas, with years spent exploring grounded and restorative approaches to wellbeing, seasonal living and nervous system care. I'm also a lifelong student of food as medicine and alternative remedies, having learned from my Grandad when I was knee high.

My passion is in helping women better understand their bodies, refine their diet and move to feel well again, through intolerance testing, meal planning, recipe creation and yoga. One thing I deeply understand is that most women reach a point in life when they realise they have spent years holding everything together for everyone else — juggling families, relationships, households, careers and expectations, all while moving further away from themselves. Sometimes I hear them say they are lost, but they're not - they are simply disconnected from their own natural rhythm. Somewhere along the way, their beat slipped out of tune, while they were too busy nurturing others to notice. Now they feel like something is missing or they don't feel as well as they'd like, although they can't quite put their finger on why.

Adrift from their instinct. Unsettled after rest. And trust in themselves uncertain. These are the spaces that feel empty, uncomfortable or off and these are the spaces I now help women to explore with honesty, nourishment and support.

Women don't need fixing or re-inventing, they just need reminding. A gentle nudge that unlocks memory and turns a light on - wisdom, strength, intuition, creativity and clarity already exist within us, but they are often buried beneath years of pressure, responsibility, noise and modern life.

My work is about helping women reconnect with those parts of themselves again in grounded, meaningful and nourishing ways.

Once, you would have had a community of wise women guiding you, but the world changed, and not for the better. Now I'm growing that kind of community, and I'm not the only one. More and more women are beginning to crave a slower, more seasonal and more connected way of living — one that honours rest, nature, nourishment, conversation and the quiet wisdom that often comes with age. For me, it's about movement, reflection, seasonal living, conversation, retreats, writing, and restorative practices. All of which help us create a gentler and more sustainable relationship with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

My Mission

To help women reconnect with themselves through seasonal living, restorative practices, movement, nourishment, reflection and community.

In a world that often pulls us away from our natural rhythm, my work is centred around creating spaces that feel grounding, thoughtful and deeply human — spaces that encourage women to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature, and care for themselves with more gentleness and intention.

My Vision

To create a sanctuary where women can gather to rest, reflect, learn, share wisdom and move through life more seasonally and sustainably together.

That is why I created The Well — a community rooted in nourishment, meaningful conversation, seasonal living and restorative practices, where women are welcomed exactly as they are and supported through the wisdom that comes from lived experience.

“Kym is a life changer and a shapeshifter. And I’m not just talking physically. That too though, I’ve dropped 35lbs in under 3 months with easy peasy tweaks to foods. No dieting! Ever! Her energy work has a special alchemy, unsurpassed for me and I’ve been around the houses .... and, who knew yoga could be so easy, so enjoyable and a little bit addictive?! Best thing you’ll ever do. Namaste.”

Whirly Mcguire - Whirl About Town

"I started this programme 14 days ago and can honestly say it's been the only plan where I have genuinely not felt that I was depriving myself of food. The recipes are easy to follow and my whole family are happy to eat them as well as they don't look or taste like diet food. I love the yoga and am motivated to carry on as within 2 weeks I'm wearing the next size down in jeans."

Heena Thaker - Intentional Wealth Creation

"Kym really knows what she’s talking about. For me, the combination of yoga, meditation and healthy eating is the perfect combo. I’m not a ‘diety’ person, but Kym’s programmes are full of straightforward scrummy recipes that are beautiful. What has been really special though is the personal attention, sound advice and collaborative style."
