The Well
Seasonal Wisdom For Modern Life
The Well Being Membership
There was a time when wellbeing was something shared more naturally. Wisdom was passed down through conversation, stories, remedies, rituals, recipes, observation, and experience. Women gathered together across generations — learning from one another, supporting one another, and holding space for the changing seasons of life together. No one was expected to navigate everything alone.
I created The Well in the spirit of that remembering. Not to recreate the past, but to bring some of that connection, rhythm, wisdom, and community back into modern life in a grounded and accessible way. It made sense to design a membership - a place that really cares, where women can gather, reflect, rest, share, learn, and grow. Not through pressure or perfection, but through conversation, experience, support, and space. A slower and more thoughtful way of being well.
There is something deeply restorative about stepping away from the pace of everyday life and returning to simpler rhythms for a while. Conversation around a fire. Morning light over the mountains. Nourishing food. Space to breathe properly again.
I'm so looking forward to sharing those things with you.

The Heart
At the heart of The Well is the understanding that wellbeing is not something we achieve once and maintain perfectly forever. It shifts with the seasons. With work. With age. With energy and rest. With change, responsibility, joy, loss, growth, and overwhelm.
This is a place to gather, reflect, reconnect, and create ongoing space for yourself throughout the year, keeping burnout at bay.
Through seasonal guides inspired by the natural calendar, monthly online circles, thoughtful conversation, restorative practices, and retreat gatherings, The Well offers a gentler and more sustainable approach to modern life.
This is not about perfection, pressure, or constant self-improvement. It is about learning how to live this life as a 'well being' through the changing seasons of life together.

The Well Fund
As a member, you’ll also have the option to join The Well Fund — a gentle and sustainable way to save toward future retreats throughout the year.
Each month, you’ll contribute a regular amount into your personal retreat fund, allowing you to gradually cover the cost of the following year’s retreat in a calm and manageable way. Once your Well Fund is established, you’ll be able to reserve your place on any upcoming retreat as they are released.
I've been running retreats since 2017 - in the UK, Marrakech, Turkey and now Italy and I really can't stress how valuable they are - life changing in fact. Rather than retreat space becoming something only considered when exhaustion arrives, The Well Fund helps make rest, reflection, community, and time for yourself part of the rhythm of everyday life.
For 2027, four retreats are currently planned in Italy across April, May, September, and October — including seasonal wellbeing retreats and creative retreat experiences. It's a softer, steadier way to ensure you always have something restorative waiting for you in the year ahead.
