THE WELL HOME RESET
A personalised food, cupboard and recipe session in your own home.
We'll look at your cupboards, fridge, food habits and everyday meals, then explore what may be supporting you and what may be working against you. I use kinesiology-style food response to check for food intolerance checking as part of the session.
You will receive practical food swaps, recipe ideas and a simple plan designed around your real life.
Best for: women who feel confused about what to eat, suspect certain foods do not suit them, or want their kitchen to feel healthier and easier to manage.
THE WELL BODY MAP
A personalised yoga and movement routine for your unique body.
This is not a standard private yoga class. We look at how your body moves now — where it feels stiff, cautious, strong, tired, held or disconnected — and create a realistic home routine to support mobility, flexibility, balance, breath and confidence.
Best for: women in midlife and beyond who want to move more, but need a gentle, personal and body-aware approach.
THE 90 DAY WELL RESET
A deeper season of support for food, movement, energy and emotional wellbeing.
Over 90 days, we work together to understand what is draining you, what is supporting you, and what needs to change gently but consistently. This may include food support, personalised recipes, yoga and movement, breathwork, energy balancing, emotional release, seasonal rituals and regular check-ins.
Best for: women who feel tired, stuck, overwhelmed or ready for some guided support.
ENERGY BALANCE & CHAKRA RESET
A gentle complementary wellbeing session for emotional clearing and energetic steadiness.
Using energy medicine, chakra balancing, breathwork and intuitive emotional release, we work with the places where your energy may feel blocked, depleted or overextended.
This is not a medical treatment. It is a supportive wellbeing session for women who feel drawn to energy work as a way of feeling clearer, calmer and more connected.
Best for: women going through transition, feeling emotionally heavy, energetically drained or disconnected from themselves.
PRIVATE YOGA FOR MIDLIFE & BEYOND
Gentle one-to-one yoga for women who want to improve their practice
These sessions are designed around your body, your breath, your energy and your confidence. Sessions can be chair-supported, floor-based, restorative, strengthening or a mixture, depending on what you need.
Best for: women over 50 or 60, those returning to movement, or anyone who finds regular yoga classes too fast, too young, too bendy or too exposing.


THE THEME: FLEXIBILITY & FLUIDITY
The theme of this retreat is flexibility and fluidity — in mind, body and spirit. So many of us become rigid without realising it.
Rigid in the body.

This retreat is an invitation to soften those edges. Through yoga, somatic meditation, writing, energy healing and gentle community, we will explore what it means to become more fluid again — to move with life rather than brace against it.

Kym brings together yoga, writing therapy, seasonal living, nourishment and lived wisdom. Her work is rooted in helping women soften, regulate, reflect and return to themselves with honesty and compassion.
Louise Reader
Louise brings somatic healing and a deeply supportive presence to the retreat, offering women space to release, restore and reconnect at a deeper level.
Together, Kym and Louise will hold a gentle, intuitive and grounded space for the women who join them.

A £300 deposit secures your space.
Payment in full is welcome, and smaller instalments are available if that feels easier.
A NOTE ON TRAVEL
Flights are not included.
The nearest airport is Pescara, approximately 20 minutes from the retreat venue.
You will need your own travel insurance. Because this is a retreat, please make sure your policy covers retreat travel and any activities you choose to take part in.

Do I need yoga experience?
No. The yoga will be gentle and accessible. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.
Will I have my own room?
Yes, you will have a private bedroom within shared apartment accommodation.
Are meals included?
Yes, all meals are catered.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women come to retreats alone. The group will be small, warm and gently held.
What if I’m nervous?
That is completely normal. This is one of the reasons we have a conversation first, so you can ask questions and feel into whether the retreat is right for you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. After the £300 deposit, the remaining balance can be paid in smaller payments.
