If your mind feels crowded and your body is running on fumes, this is your invitation to pause. Retreat to Reset is a small, five-hour retreat on Sunday 26 October, designed to calm your nervous system, clear mental static, and send you home grounded and re-energised.
This isn’t a spa day, and it isn’t a lecture. It’s gentle, practical, and deeply human - a blend of movement, science-based understanding, energetic hygiene, and simple reflective writing that helps you feel like you again.
What’s included:
Two yoga sessions - accessible flows to open the body and settle the breath (all levels welcome).
Guided meditation - a soothing reset to quiet the noise.
Energy, explained - a clear, science-based talk with real-world examples so you understand what you feel (and what to do about it).
Chakra clearing & rebalancing workshop - learn simple practices to release heaviness and restore flow.
Writing therapy - short, guided pages to name what’s going on and choose the next kind step.
Tea break - an uplifting herbal brew and healthy, delicious snacks to nourish you.
Why it works:
We spend so much time in “go” mode that our bodies forget how to come down. This retreat layers movement + breath + understanding + gentle practice so your system can reset safely:
Move the body → create space.
Breathe & meditate → signal safety.
Understand energy → reduce fear and confusion.
Clear & rebalance → lighten the load.
Write → integrate and take it with you.
Who it’s for:
You’re feeling wired, tired, or a bit stuck.
You want practical tools you can use at home.
You prefer small, supportive groups (we cap at 12).
What you’ll leave with:
A calmer body and a quieter mind.
A simple daily grounding practice (you’ll learn it on the day).
A one-page “reset plan” from the writing exercise to keep you steady.
