These recipes have been created with health, wellness and real life in mind. They are designed to be nourishing, energising and delicious, while still being simple enough to make without spending hours in the kitchen. Because as much as we deserve to eat well, time is one of our most precious commodities — and nourishment should feel supportive, not stressful.
Inside this collection, you’ll find recipes made with recognisable ingredients, seasonal inspiration and the belief that food can be both comforting and deeply nourishing. These are not diet recipes. They are not about restriction, punishment or perfection. They are about choosing food that helps you feel steadier, brighter and more connected to your body.
So much of modern food asks us to trust the front of the packet — the promises, the claims, the clever wording, the “healthy” labels. But real nourishment often begins when we turn the packet over, read what is actually inside, and choose with more awareness. These recipes are created in that spirit: simple food, thoughtfully prepared, with ingredients that are there for a reason.
My hope is that this recipe library becomes a place you can return to whenever you need inspiration for food that feels good to eat and good to make. Quick where possible, beautiful where it matters, and always rooted in the idea that we deserve to be well-fed in every sense of the word.

These are anti bloat recipes! But they are also great stand alones - the lemon & ginger is my morning drink. The parsley flush I use once a month through summer. Spelt flour wraps always. Turmeric paste is vile, but it's an anti inflam and very good for you, so just swallow quickly!
Mucveri are Turkish, but I hacked the recipe to make them healther - the main thing with these is to make sure you squeeze the water out of the courgettes, or they will fall apart. They are so worth the effort though, and if you do make them - can you save me one?
A very simple chicken supreme without the cream that is still tasty. Made this way it is a light dish and suitable for summer. I don't eat meat or rice, but if I did I would most likely eat this with a wrap and a mixed salad - but you do you ;-)
This is a Turkish dip. It's a staple in my life and a great substitute for mayonnaise, which is high in calories and horrible additives. Goes great in sarnies and you can make the base recipe and adapt it, dependent on what you are having it with - it's a winner
