There are retreats that give you rest. And then there are retreats that mark a turning point.
The Well Retreats in Italy are for women who are ready to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a quieter, more sacred rhythm for a while. A week of movement, stillness, conversation, food, reflection, ritual and emotional release — held in the hills of Abruzzo, in a sustainable eco-village close to a Mother Mary pilgrimage site. This is not a bootcamp. Not a detox. Not another place to perform. It's a week to exhale.
.Join us for a carefully curated retreat and let's withdraw from all responsibility for seven transformational days. We're flying from Stansted to Pescara, then we'll be whisked away to a stunning eco village in the hills for seven days away from the noise, the lists, the holding, the doing, the managing, the being everything to everyone.
This retreat has been created for women who are ready to pause, soften and remember themselves again. Here you will be held in the beautiful landscape of Abruzzo, Italy, with gentle yoga, somatic meditation, writing therapy, energy healing, nourishing food, shared conversation and enough space to simply breathe.
This is not about pushing, performing or fixing yourself. It is a return to balance. A time just for you.

THE EXPERIENCE
Morning light over the hills. Gentle yoga to wake the body. Somatic meditation to settle the nervous system. Writing therapy to hear yourself clearly again. Energy healing and emotional release. Nourishing food shared slowly. Conversation, laughter, quiet, ritual.
Time alone when you need it - women around you when you don’t.
The theme for this retreat is Flexibility & Fluidity — in the body, yes, but also in the way we move through change, midlife, uncertainty and the next version of ourselves.
Each day will have rhythm, but not pressure. You can take part in what feels right for you. This retreat is not about doing everything. It is about listening to yourself again.

THE SETTING
Abruzzo is wild, beautiful and deeply grounding.
There is something about the Italian light, the warmth, the food, the hills and the slower rhythm of life that invites the body to unclench.
This Eco Village offers a peaceful setting for women to gather, rest, reconnect and feel held by the landscape.
The retreat venue is approximately 20 minutes from Pescara airport, making travel simple and manageable.

THE THEME: FLEXIBILITY & FLUIDITY
The theme of this retreat is flexibility and fluidity — in mind, body and spirit. So many of us become rigid without realising it.
Rigid in the body.
Rigid in thought.
Rigid in our routines.
Rigid in the roles we have carried for too long.
This retreat is an invitation to soften those edges. Through yoga, somatic meditation, writing, energy healing and gentle community, we will explore what it means to become more fluid again — to move with life rather than brace against it.
