Retreat Information
Each retreat hosted through The Well is designed as a space to step away from the pace and pressure of everyday life and reconnect with a gentler, more restorative rhythm for a while. Rooted in seasonal wellbeing, thoughtful living, movement, creativity, meaningful conversation, and community, these retreats are intentionally created to feel nourishing rather than overwhelming — supportive rather than performative.
Hosted in beautiful natural settings in the Abruzzo Borgo region of Italy, our retreats combine carefully held structure with spaciousness and flexibility, allowing every woman to experience the week in the way they need most.
Some come to rest.
Some come to reflect.
Some come to move, reconnect, create, heal, write, laugh, or simply breathe more deeply again.
There is no pressure to “transform” yourself here.
The retreats are designed around the understanding that wellbeing is not about perfection or constant self-improvement, but about creating space to reconnect with what matters through changing seasons of life.

The Setting
The retreats are hosted at carefully selected venues chosen for their atmosphere, natural beauty, comfort, and ability to support genuine rest and reconnection.
Current retreats are hosted in Abruzzo, Italy — a quieter and deeply beautiful part of the country surrounded by mountains, sea, nature, ancient villages, and slower rhythms of life.
Accommodation options, retreat schedules, and inclusions vary slightly between retreats and will be outlined clearly within each retreat page.
Retreat Style & Philosophy
The Well retreats are not boujee wellness escapes designed around pressure, performance, or perfection. They are thoughtfully held spaces rooted in:

Accommodation options include both double & single rooms and twin rooms for sharing, depending on the retreat and venue layout.
Prices vary according to room type and retreat length, with all retreats including accommodation, meals, scheduled classes, workshops, and airport transfers in Italy unless otherwise stated.
